Terms of Service

Sidekick Lister, operated by Side Hustle Network. Effective September 24, 2026.

These terms cover your use of Sidekick Lister (the "Service") at sidekicklister.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

What the Service is

Sidekick Lister helps you create marketplace listings from photos, publish them to marketplaces you connect (such as eBay), and keep your listings, inventory, and sales records in sync. Listing text and item details are drafted with the help of AI and shown to you for review before anything is published. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every listing.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• Keep your sign-in link and account private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.

Connected marketplaces

• When you connect a marketplace you authorize us, through that marketplace's official sign-in, to act on your account there only as needed to provide the Service: listing, updating, and ending your listings, and reading your orders for your own records.
• You remain bound by each marketplace's own terms, policies, and fees. Marketplace fees (for example listing or transaction fees) are charged by the marketplace, not by us.
• You are responsible for making sure each item you publish is allowed on the marketplace you send it to. The Service may refuse items that a marketplace's rules do not allow, but that is an aid, not a guarantee.
• You can disconnect a marketplace at any time in Settings or from the marketplace's own settings.

Your content

You own your photos, listings, and data. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the Service, including sending them to the marketplaces you choose and to the AI providers that help draft your listings. You confirm you have the right to sell the items you list and to use the photos and text you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or misrepresented items.
• Do not use the Service to spam, scrape, or interfere with any marketplace or with other users.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or to reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not share one account across businesses that are not yours.

Free trial

New accounts can start with a set number of free listings (currently 25), with no card required. The free trial is available once per eBay store, and connecting your eBay store unlocks it.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices and each plan's monthly listing allowance are shown before you subscribe.
• Prices do not include any sales tax that may apply. If we are required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout.
• Upgrades take effect right away and start a new monthly billing period at the new plan's full price. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings, Plan & Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; it does not renew after that.
• If a payment fails, we will retry it. If it stays unpaid for more than 7 days, creating new listings is paused until the payment goes through.

Listings and credits

• Each listing Sidekick creates for you uses one listing credit, at the moment the listing is created in your queue. Re-running a listing you already have (for example Retry AI) and publishing it do not use another credit. Deleting a listing does not return its credit.
• Unused listings from your plan roll over from month to month, up to four months of your plan's allowance. Listings from extra packs roll over as well.
• You can buy extra listing packs while subscribed. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• If your plan ends, your unused listings are paused, not deleted, and come back if you subscribe again.

Refunds and disputes

• Charges already made are not refunded, except where the law requires or where we choose to refund at our discretion.
• If a payment is refunded, the listings it provided (including any extra listings that came with it) are removed from your balance in the same proportion as the refund. If you have already used them, your balance can go below zero, and new listings pause until it is covered.
• If you dispute a charge with your bank (a chargeback), creating new listings is paused while the dispute is open. Contact us first and we will try to sort it out.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and improving, but it depends on third-party marketplaces and providers and is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice where a change materially affects you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Side Hustle Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by a marketplace on your account, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service, other users, or a marketplace relationship at risk. Closing your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Poshmark is a trademark of Poshmark, Inc. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Depop is a trademark of Depop Ltd. Sidekick Lister is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
